Chapter 1 Basics

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the terms, conditions, and procedures for the use of the Internet services (hereinafter referred to as the Services) provided by AllMarketing (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

Section 2 (Definitions of Terms)

  1. Member: A person who has entered into a use contract with the Company through these Terms to receive the Service.
  2. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and assigned by the Company for Member identification and Member's use of the Service.
  3. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect their confidentiality.
  4. The definitions of terms used in these Terms shall be in accordance with trade practices and applicable laws, except as provided in the preceding paragraph.

Section 3 (Effect of and Changes to the Terms)

  1. These Terms will be effective upon publication by posting within the Services.
  2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions in the event of reasonable cause to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
  3. If the member does not agree to the changed terms, the member may stop using the service and terminate the use agreement. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the change in terms is deemed to be the member's agreement to the change in terms.

Section 4 (Non-Terms and Conditions)

Any matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the provisions of the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 Service Agreements

Section 5 (Classification of Services)

  1. Services provided by a company to its members can be divided into member services and public services.
  2. In order to use the member services, you must indicate your intention to use them by registering.

Article 6 How to Use the Service

  1. Application for use of the Service shall be made in accordance with the procedures established by the Company. Consent to the Terms and Conditions shall be expressed by selecting 'I agree' when applying for use of the Service.
  2. After signing up, customers can search for the content they want to use and use the service by downloading it, depending on the type of product.
  3. The customer must be familiar with the conditions of use, including the purpose and method of use, of the purchased goods and use them in accordance with the specified conditions.

Article 7 (Assignment of Member ID)

  1. In principle, the Company shall grant member IDs to applicants in accordance with the order of application.
  2. In the case of item 1 of the following subparagraphs, the Company may require the applicant or member to change the ID applied for or the member ID granted.

① If you apply with the same ID as your existing membership ID
If your member ID is registered with a phone number or social security number, etc. and there is a risk of privacy violation.
③ If it is offensive to others or harms public order and morals
④ For other reasonable reasons

Chapter 3 Obligations of the parties

Section 8 (Company's Obligations)

  1. The Company is obligated to provide the Services continuously and reliably as set forth in these Terms.
  2. The Company does not disclose or distribute personal information of members to others without their consent, and endeavors to protect it. Other matters concerning the personal information of members shall be governed by the Information and Communications Network Act and the "Privacy Policy" separately established by the Company.
  3. The Company shall immediately handle any opinion or complaint raised by a member if it recognizes that it is justified. However, if it is difficult to process immediately, the Company shall notify the member of the reason and the processing schedule.
  4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages in the event that the Service is interrupted due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or system failures, but shall do its best to restore the Content or support normal service.

Article 9 (Member's Obligations)

  1. Members must update the information provided in the application online if it has changed.
  2. The Member shall pay considerable attention to the management of the ID and password. The Member shall not provide the user number to a third party to use the Service without the consent of the Company. The Member shall be responsible for all management responsibilities regarding the Member's ID and password, and shall be liable for all consequences arising from the neglect or unauthorized use of the ID and password. The Member must notify the Company of any unauthorized use of his/her ID.
  3. Members may not use the Services to engage in any for-profit business activity without the prior written consent of the Company.
  4. Members shall comply with these Terms and Conditions, relevant laws and regulations, and applicable international laws, and shall not engage in any other conduct that may interfere with the Company's business.

Chapter 4 Using the Service

Article 10 (Service Hours)

  1. The Service shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical difficulties. However, this does not apply to days or times determined by the Company for regular maintenance.
    2. The Company may establish separate hours of availability for each service. In this case, the Company will notify the contents in advance.

Article 11 (Retention of Data, etc.)

  1. The Company may limit the capacity and posting period of information, materials, etc. provided by members of the Company. Details shall be determined by the Company in the notice and user guide.
  2. The Company may delete the information, materials, etc. provided by the Member in the event of termination of the Agreement.

Section 12 (Rights and Responsibilities for Posts

The Company owns the copyright to all postings on this site. Any use or quotation of posts by others on other sites without permission from the Company is prohibited.

Section 13 (Consent to Advertising)

Members consent to the Company sending advertisements, information, etc. to members by e-mail or other methods. If you do not wish to receive advertisements, you may modify your information by stating that you do not wish to receive advertising information in the Edit Member Information menu.

Chapter 5 Acceptable Use and Termination

Article 14 (Discontinuation of Service Provision)

  1. The Company may discontinue providing the Service if any of the following apply

Unavoidable due to construction such as maintenance of service facilities
② When a telecommunications service provider prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act stops providing telecommunications services.
③ There are other force majeure reasons

  1. The Company may limit or suspend all or part of the Service when the normal use of the Service is impaired due to a national emergency, power outage, failure of service facilities, or excessive use of the Service.

Chapter 6 Damages, etc.

Section 15 (Indemnification)

  1. In connection with the use of free services, the Company shall not compensate for any damages incurred by the Member unless it is intentional.
  2. If the Member causes damage to the Company and third parties in violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, or if the Member causes damage to the Company and third parties due to other reasons for which the Member is responsible, the Member shall compensate for the damage.

Section 16 (Disclaimers)

The information provided through the Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and the Company makes no guarantees as to the accuracy of the information, and use of the information is solely at the Member's own risk and authorization.

Section 17 (Venue)

If a lawsuit is filed over a dispute arising from the use of the Service, including fees, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters shall have jurisdiction.
